My career has been shaped by working alongside ambitious organisations through periods of growth, transformation and expansion, advising leadership teams and investors on the talent decisions that define long-term success.

I specialise in executive and specialist search across Africa, partnering with organisations to identify and secure commercially impactful leadership talent. My work spans C-suite and senior leadership appointments, critical niche hires, and building entire teams in markets where precision, network and execution matter.

Having led talent strategy and organisational growth across Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda and South Africa, I bring more than recruitment expertise. I bring a deep understanding of operating environments, market dynamics and the realities of scaling businesses across the continent.
